By using CLIPRAIDER you agree to these terms. They are short, because the site is simple: CLIPRAIDER is a live-stream radar that links out to streams and clips that play through the official players of Twitch, Kick, YouTube and other platforms.

1. What CLIPRAIDER is

CLIPRAIDER shows what is live across streaming platforms and links to clips. We do not host, store, re-broadcast or re-encode any video. Streams and clips play through the platform that published them, on that platform's own player, and all content belongs to its creators and platform owners.

2. No accounts, no content uploads

CLIPRAIDER has no user accounts, no login, and no uploads. The only thing you can save - your follows and saved clips - lives in your browser's local storage and is never transmitted to us. Because there is no account system, there is nothing for you to register, and nothing for us to terminate.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use CLIPRAIDER to:

• Scrape or bulk-download the site's feeds in a way that disrupts service for others.
• Interfere with, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its worker, or its infrastructure.
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose.

Our feeds are light, cached and refresh every few minutes. Normal browsing is always fine.

4. Third-party content

All streams, clips, thumbnails and streamer names belong to their respective creators and platforms. CLIPRAIDER is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Twitch, Kick, YouTube, Google, Reddit, or X. Trademarks and logos remain the property of their owners. If you are a creator or rights holder and want your content removed from the radar, see our DMCA / Takedowns page - we process requests quickly.

5. Advertising

The site is supported by Google AdSense. Advertising is served by Google and its partners and is subject to Google's policies. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising cookies and consent work.

6. Disclaimers

CLIPRAIDER is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Stream availability, viewer counts, categories and clip metadata come from the platforms' public APIs and can be delayed or wrong. We do our best to keep the radar accurate, but we make no guarantee that any stream, clip, or stat will be present, current, or correct.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CLIPRAIDER shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us (which is always zero - the site is free).

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which CLIPRAIDER operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
