CLIPRAIDER does not host, store, or transmit any video content. The site is a directory of links and embeds. Every stream and clip plays through the official player of the platform that hosts it (Twitch, Kick, or YouTube), and every card links back to the creator's page on that platform. We do not maintain our own copy of any stream, clip, thumbnail, or recording.

Because we never store the content itself, a takedown of an individual stream or clip usually needs to go to the platform that actually hosts it:

• Twitch: twitch.tv/p/legal/dmca
• Kick: kick.com/legal/copyright
• YouTube: support.google.com/youtube - Copyright

Once the platform removes or blocks the content, it automatically disappears from CLIPRAIDER's feeds on the next refresh (feeds update every few minutes).

Removing a link from CLIPRAIDER

If you believe a specific stream, clip, or channel link shown on CLIPRAIDER should not appear here - for example a clip that has been taken down elsewhere, or a link you believe is unlawful - send a notice to clipraider@proton.me including:

• Identification of the content you believe should be removed and the exact CLIPRAIDER URL(s) where it appears;
• Your name and a contact email address;
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law;
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf; and
• Your physical or electronic signature.

We review notices and remove or disable access to the identified links as quickly as possible, typically within a few business days.

Counter-notices

If you are the streamer or rights holder of content that was removed in response to a notice and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to clipraider@proton.me with your contact details, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your location (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which CLIPRAIDER may be found), and your signature. We will process valid counter-notices in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512).

Repeat infringers

We do not host content, so we do not operate accounts or maintain a repeat-infringer list in the usual sense. If a specific source link is the subject of repeated valid takedown notices, we will stop surfacing it.

📡 If your content was removed from Twitch, Kick, or YouTube itself, that removal already removes it from CLIPRAIDER automatically on the next feed refresh - you do not need to notify us separately.
